    Hi there,

Let me introduce myself here. I’ve started playing ukulele last week and absolutely love it.
My hands/fingers are not really big, so playing guitar has always been a challenge for me.
I’m stoked to have found something that fits me and makes such a beautiful sound!

A dear friend of mine has inspired me to play the ukulele. I wish she’d still be around to play along with, but I’ve met an inspirational woman through her, who joins me in this new hobby. Together with her cute newborn, we started to go to weekly ukulele classes and have lots of fun with Candace.

I look forward improving my ukulele skills, have even more fun and maybe meet you all out there sometime.

    See ya!

    Hi Linchi

It’s great to hear you are liking the ukulele so much and enjoying your lessons with Candace – She’s an excellent teacher!
We will be arranging some club get-togethers in the park once the summer is here.. We call them UkeStock. I’l be posting dates soon.. Hope to see you there – if not sooner 🙂

Hello, or Hallo maybe. I have been playing for just about 2 years. I started a Ukulele night/club in my local bar, in Coalbrookdale, England (though I am Scottish !) about 6 months ago. Incredible how it has taken off, we get about 20-30 people every tuesday. We have a website here which has lots of songs we play. We are also on Facebook here… you have a great site here, and amazing as it’s in English. Thank You…. Colin

    Hi Colin

Thanks for telling us little about yourself. I’ll check out your site and songs.. We have a page in the menus above ^ ‘Groovy Uke Sites’. You can join and list your website if you want..
Coalbrookdale is in the Black Country yes? I LOVE Ironbridge BTW.. Beautiful 🙂 I’m from Liverpool originally and Candace is American – Hence why the website is English 😉
Hope to see you around the site, or if you ever come to Amsterdam, come play with us..
